Which plan is for you?

Expert

One person, one brand, one sales page. Several courses can share that page when they are sold as a package or a programme.

Training company

You want to sell courses separately, each on its own page, or several trainers or brands share the account. Five times the capacity for twice the price, also for a solo consultant.

Organisation

No limits, your own B2B portal, and a production team that makes the courses for you instead of coaching you to produce.

How we charge

Our business model depends on your growth.

Beyond the monthly licence, we earn when you sell. That is why we push for sales and strategy from day one: a launch plan written before the first course is built, sales tools, and follow-ups where we read the numbers together and decide the next move. The fee is variable and depends on how your course reaches the people who take it.

Your Coursio store

Your brand and prices, set up for you. Payments through Klarna and Stripe.

10 % of each sale, Klarna and Stripe transaction fees included. No sales, no fee.

Just like Klarna and Stripe, we calculate the fee on the full purchase including VAT. Transaction fees are covered inside the 10 %; Stripe 1.5–3.25 % + €0.25; Klarna 2.49–4.49 % + €0.25–€0.45 depending on payment method.

Direct sales (B2B)

Custom offers and invitations for clients, teams and companies. You set the price and send the invitations.

€20 per invitation, whatever you charge for the course.

You know the cost per participant before you send the invitation.

Always included – a partner in the process.

Whatever plan you choose, you work with people, not just software. This is what comes with every licence.

Dedicated project manager

One person who structures, coaches and leads the production so your first course goes live within a month, and stays with you for the next one.

Strategy workshop and business plan

A 90-minute workshop that sets goals, milestones and pricing, picks your first three offerings and writes the launch plan before anything is built.

Production support

We turn the slides, documents and know-how you already have into courses, programmes and training built for mobile, using AI tools in production. Course layout, graphic design, trailer, copy and landing page are all done for you.

Store, payments and delivery

Your own store in your brand with Klarna and Stripe, hosting and delivery of every course, and payouts every month.

Sales support and follow-ups

Sales tools from day one, and follow-up meetings at one, three and six months where we read the numbers together and decide the next move.

Personal support

A team you can reach through every phase of the Coursio Method, from the first workshop to your next launch.

Video recording and editing, when you want it.

Video is a small part of the format: short segments of one to three minutes, closer to explaining something to a colleague than giving a talk. Record them yourself with our coaching, or book our studio and we film and edit.

Included in every plan

Record it yourself

You record short segments with prompts and cue words from your project manager. Probably with nothing you don’t already own.

What you get

  • Guidance on structure, prompts and cue words
  • Help choosing a microphone and light
  • Only the trailer needs real energy

Included in every plan

Add-on

Studio recording

Half a day in our studio with professional filming and light. Enough to record material for about three courses in one go.

What you get

  • Filming and light in our studio
  • Material for about three courses per half day

€2,000 per half day, filming and editing included

With studio recording

Editing

We edit the footage from your studio day and build the filmed visuals around your voice.

What you get

  • Editing included in the studio day
  • Filmed visuals built around your voice
  • Trailer cut from the same session

Included in the studio day

FAQ

The honest questions about price, answered.

How many courses do I need to sell to break even?

See the table in A year in numbers. At €500 a seat, 7 seats cover an Expert year and 14 cover a Training company year, before your own time.

What counts as a landing page?

One public sales page for one course or programme, in your branding, with trailer, copy and checkout. Several courses can share a page if they are sold as one package.

What does a studio production day cost?

A half day in our studio is €2,000, filming and editing included – enough to record material for about three courses. Recording on your own with our coaching is included in the licence.

What if it doesn’t work out?

If you are not satisfied after the first month, you can cancel and get the licence fee back.

How and when are sales paid out?

Payouts arrive monthly, the month after the sale, with Coursio’s share already deducted.

Who owns the material?

You do. All of it. The material you create and upload is one hundred per cent yours – Coursio has no ownership at all.

Are prices excluding VAT, and what is the 10 % calculated on?

All prices on this page are excluding VAT. Just like Stripe and Klarna, the 10 % store fee is calculated on the full purchase, including VAT. The fee itself is then excluding VAT and covers all Klarna and Stripe payment fees.

What happens after the first month?

If you are not satisfied after the first month, you cancel and get the licence fee back. If you stay, the licence runs for 12 months, then month by month.

What does an extra landing page or user licence cost?

Extra landing pages and user licences are priced per unit and can be added or removed as you go.

How much does the licence and production support cover?

The licence has no limit on how much you publish. Production support covers the first three offerings from your strategy workshop in full; after that your project manager keeps coaching, and studio days can be added.

Store or direct sales – which is cheaper for me?

The store is for customers who buy on their own; direct sales is for companies buying seats for their people. At €200 per seat the two cost the same. Below that the store is cheaper, above it direct sales is cheaper.

Curious about what this would look like for you?

Thirty minutes, and we go through your opportunity and the simplest route to launching it – whether or not you become a customer.
